The Rule of Law Development Foundation (ROLDF) is an interventionist mechanism to institutionalize the Rule of law in the Nigerian
body politic. We intend to draw the attention of the 3 arms of Government to proven and apparent systemic lapses brought about by
the non-observance of this prime concept.

For instance, what rule of law initiatives would assist in eradicating executive lawlessness, extra-judicial killings by law enforcement
agencies, delays in passing people-oriented bills and justice sector bills, corruption in the system and delays in the disposal of cases
to mention a few? Proposed measures that can change the system must be absorbed by all and sundry through a package of education
and experimentation, until we get to the point where international best practices in good government is ingrained in our psych.

ROLDF is a body incorporated under Part C of the Companies and Allied Matters Act. Its main objects are (1) To promote the development
of the Rule of Law in Nigeria. Africa and the World (2) To promote and encourage legislative advocacy skills within the ambit of the
Rule of Law and (3) To promote Justice Sector reforms.
